reminder about tomorrows meeting

Evening guys! : D. rn't we just all over the moon with the joy having to hand in our dissertation proposals tomorrow eh : ). lol

Anyways, just a reminder, I'm gonna be the "BIG CAT" tomorrow, exciting!!! but yeah just wanted to remind everyone that as far as i know everyone's gotta bring in the ye olde coinage for their raffle tickets tomorrow, I'm going to feel like a millionaire i tell thee. ha so yeah if folk could not forget that would be lovely : )

Seminar: Wednesday 5th November

We discussed last week that it would be good to have this seminar at the Foundry itself......can someone find out/sort this out, and see if we can have access then? The seminar need not be at 10am, but I can't make it after 3pm, so it would have to be at the very latest 1pm.
Please let me know.

I would like to add sponsorship onto the agenda for tomorrow.

We need to think about what we are want and need for the exhibition.

If all the groups can individually report back what their needs are then we can start to send off letters to the appropriate places.

Hi everyone,

We only have two bookings for the sunday photo shoot so we need to bump up publicity.

I am going to go round to some drama schools on wednesday and give out posters for their notice boards.

Is anybody available to help? The drama schools are dotted all over london so I thought we could take different areas. 

Also, I think we should add extra dates on the flyer, e.g sat 8th nov and sun 16th. So can somebody revise the flyer and send it to me?

I have the addresses so if you can help give me a ring (07717476302) and we can discuss it further.

And does anybody have any Ideas about promoting the shoots further? I think the Star Now advertisement has proved to be the most successful so if we can place another advertisement in there that would be a big help.

P.s The gig on the 9th is called Sunday Slippers, we now have 5 acts and it starts at 5pm. I will have the posters ready soon.
