letter for sponsorship

hi all!

here is a modified version of last year's sponsorship request letter. i'm not very good at these things so please feel free to modify it as i'm sure it's probably all wrong. i won't be able to attend the meeting tomorrow as i'm away for the rest of the week but if someone could send me a final version of the letter i can still send it round to catering and booze companies as i will have access to the internet.

Really gutted I can't make it to Sunday Slippers but hope everyone has a great time and good luck Liz!

Seminar Wednesday 5th November

As no one has confirmed that it has been arranged with the Foundry that we can meet there on Wednesday to see the space, then the seminar will take place at the usual time/place: Keyworth Building 10 am.

Invitation printing

Here are the designs for the invitations (click on the images to see full size). This will be a limited print of 100 invitations for the extra VIPs that we definitely want to see at the opening of the exhibition. The invitations will be personalised and posted. The sooner we do this, the better. Of course, we need a list of 100 people now. Suggestions to the comments please!

The printing of the 100 oversized postcards would cost as follows:

The cheapest I could find was £26.43 by Vista Print and this includes:
- 100 oversized postcards (216mm x 139mm)
- Our own design
- Double sided with glossy front
- White envelopes
- Standard postage

Money people - is this price ok?

Ps. Once the postcards and the envelopes have arrived, we need to post the invitations to the guests, so will have to fork out a little bit extra for the stamps.
