i have just got off the phone with Darren at Antenna Studios and they have been able to confirm that they can give us the space from 11am Thursday the 4th December until Saturday the 6th December at Midday. The overall cost will be £279. I have asked them to pencil it in for now and have told them that we will call on Monday to confirm the booking if we should choose to go with this option. If we do go with this option they will expect us to pay a 50% deposit to secure the booking as we have a three day block. It looks like a great space, but if anyone wants to come down at the weekend with me to take a look then let me know. Thanks to Georgi for pointing this place out. How is everyone else doing with their searches? Any other results yet?

It looks like a very nice space.....but before you go with this option think very carefully about the following:
one day to install is a very very short space of time. As is to take stuff down. It always takes longer than anticipated. Especially if you were to go with the idea of building a space within a space.
Also find out what you would not be allowed to do to the space in terms of drilling etc....the space looks like you would not be able to 'touch it' as it were!
These are just a couple of practicalities you need to consider as a group before making a decision.
I agree with Pat on the practicalities... there looks like lots of big windows with not much wall space?? Obviously we'll have to see it in person... oh and Crystal Palace is a trek from Uni! Will have to think about transportation etc.

Well wall space wont really be an issue with the current plans we have in place for the project. There is loads of space to construct the bedroom/study installation. And to be honest we are going to have a really hard time trying to find somewhere close to the uni. As long as we can at least get there then there shouldnt be a problem
