so myself, lee, jaz and nat just gotten back from the foundry....its a GREAT SPACE! well done kate! : ) really excited about using it. but back to the point of this notice.
ive made a rough....rough layout plan of the space. not exactly pro, but hey'ho.
and basically these are a few things i noted.
BED!.....we basically havn't got one. ha...so im going to trawl on Gumtree see what they've got going on for free. also in the plan i drew up it shows how the "reception" room is going to posisbly look like, kinda thought about the idea of having it in 2 seconds, one with the food and rink. and the other with information. what do people think??
Sound is going to be abit "iffy" as the rooms are very echoy theirfore we're going to have to discuss that tomorrow as a group.
made note of more materials were going to need.....
velvet curtains...for the door into the exhibition itself from the reception room,
Books for the bookshelf,
a diary, for the bedside table,
clothes for the wardrobe,
extension leads to go around the space,
white electrical tape,
a white throw over for Helene's chair
Cleaning Brushes,
Buckets... for the cleaning of the space before hand!
obviously we'll discuss more in depth about the space, and any issues regarding it tomorrow, but just wanted to put this up as so i could definatly remembered what i noted lol....you know me!
ALSO. to the print/design team been told to mentioning that we need some advertising posters printing/doing to put up in the Foundry itself......i think i'm right in saying that : )

- Lee, weren't you supposed to 'donate' your bed??
- I know a realy good fabric shop in peckham were we could buy the fabric and they can also make the curtains for us for a small fee!
If you tell me the colour and dimentions (?) we need the curtains to be I can go there on the w.end and ask for price and how long time it ll take etc. Yes??
Also, the same goes for the white sheet for my chair.
- What sort of clothes do we actually need?? And colours??
This might be a silly qustion, but do we need shoes asewll (to put in the wardrobe or next to the bed or something. We could always put some artwork under the soles...hmmm)
- Bedding?? As I said I do have some but non of them are white. Let moi know.
Might be a lil silly, But why dont we get a plant or someting to make the room more personal and cosy??

and yeah with lee's bed...its basically broken! lol. but were all going to keep and eye out on gumtree, see if anyones given one away free!
in terms of the fabric "velvet curtain" for the door, which it to seperate the two rooms, were looking at a really thick, dense curtain, definatly 2. one on either side of the door frames, but most importantly theyv'e got to really close of any light from getting into the actual bedroom. im pretty pretty sure all velvet curtains are that kinda of thickness.
but by all means, definatly check out the place in peckham : ). i have a picture...using lee as a human measure lol. ill email you it love. : ). if u want, i can try and come with you on saturday and see!?!?! what u think?
in terms of white sheet for your chair, as long as it'll cover it, then its fine...and obviously white. lol
in terms of clothes, everything and anything really, jeans, shoes, trainers, vests, tshirts, jumpers etc. and im PRETTY PRETTY sure they have to be white too! surprise, surprise! : P
GREAT IDEA ABOUT THE ART WORK UNDER THE SHOES!!!! : D
personally in terms of beding, im fine with that not being a white duvet cover/pillow case. kinda clash with the space, but in a good way!
