It really isn't a big deal but I don't want to hand out food all alone, it can be a bit stressful.
Are we just going to have the sponsored food (Daniel, what about the sushi?) or are we going to provide some, err, home-made stuff or so? I am definitely not a great cook and unable pull a "Jess feeds the Five Thousand"* stunt, so we have to discuss that..
*kudos for anybody who got the reference. :P

I have worked in catering for years so am more than happy to cost out a dummy menu for wednesday, will work out then who is going to help.
i can cook and my mum is a great cook so I dont mind making and bringing some home made 'finger food'. I dont mind paying for the ingredients but im not going to be able to bring a lot (2 or 3 plates, not enough for everybody for sure). otherwise we can go to iceland and buy those 'ready made finger foods' like sausage rolls, little cakes etc, i know iceland is a bit iffy but im sure it wont hurt anyone if they eat iceland food for one night. Plus its cheap, its like buy 1 get 10 free :| and if its good enough for kerry katona, its good enough for our guests.lol

If you end up cooking or buying the food, the money should come out of the budget...just think how long you could feed yourself for if you spent your own money to buy enough ingredients to'feed the five thousand',...even if it is from iceland!
I could help too, as promised. but have we decided to have food for sure then? I'm still not sure it would be neccessary. If we could get sponsored stuff then yeah, but to buy and cook ourselves is kinda.. i don't know.. i understand quite a lot of people were against that idea. I wouldn't mind helping with it, but still not sure about the whole thing actually.
