Hopefully the image is big enough for you all to see... this is the NEW rota for the exhibition week, after todays meeting. I've tried to make it as coherent as possible, so hopefully its not too confusing. On the days where jobs have not yet been allocated, we will do so on the day eg. the Thursday and Sunday. I know that there seems to be a lot of peeps that will be doing odd jobs etc. on the Tuesday, but if your name is on the list, please continue to be available just in case there ends up lots needing to be done. I'm sure that if we all end up standing around, then we will send people home... but its better to know that we have more people to help out, rather than none at all! Any changes of your availability, please let me know so i can update the list.

Hey Nat,
I can help clean on tuesday and do odd jobs on wednesday.
I have work on thursday but i finish at 6pm, I'll be at the gallery by 7pm, so if you want to put me in a group for thursday you can.
I said I would be able to do the late shift on friday but you put me on a saturday instead and im not able to do it. I can do the early shift on saturday though.
On sunday I finish work at 5pm so i'll be at the gallery by 6pm to help with the packing.
Can you amend please! :-)

May- Sorry about that... I will amend it on my personal one... and will post another one if there are lots of changes in the week. Looks like we have enough people invigilating on the Friday, but you can come in on the other days when we're cleaning and packing etc. I will add you on.
Karel- would you be able to definitely come in to invigilate for the Saturday night please because we'll be short of one person... or ANYONE else that could do it???
And I'm happy that you guys like the rainbow colours... thought it'd make ya'll smile :)
ok fine, if you cant put me back on to do the late shift on friday, i guess i'll do the saturday night shift instead as i want to do at least one day or night shift as well as helping with the cleaning, odd jobs etc.
