One of the university staff came in to the pub today and said that she was shocked she hasnt seen the exhibition advertised through the universities internal mailing list between staff. She suggested we contact Daniel and ask him to send an email to the staff in the university on the social mailing list thing and ask them to attend, and also ask them to mention the show to their students. It might be a great way to get further attendance at the show :D :D :D
Someone should also send out an email to the digiphoto mailing list outlining the opening times and and stuff so that the first and second years will know what is going on.

thanks lee. i have actually been trying to email the invite to the staff social list this morning...but unsuccessfully! so yes daniel will know better than me how to email it out!
i have emailed an invite through to all the research students at university of the arts london.
Yeah i thought about that already, sending out the invite to digiphoto, but i cant seem to work out a way that the invite becomes the email, rather than having it attached as a jpeg :S (does that make any sense?? lol) i tried it out myself, but couldn't figure it out... any suggestions...
I do still think that there still needs to be more posters all around Uni, especially in Keyworth coz there's other courses like DMA etc. that might be interested.. What's happened with the flyers because i haven't got ANY!
Glad it is not just me having technical difficulties then!
Should I email the invite to Daniel to email through the staff social list or has someone done that already?
Ask Paul about the flyers as he had a stock on Wednesday.
don't worry about the posters around uni, i'll put them up today...as for the flyers i think it was decided that we'll hand out packs of them to shops and bars and stuff on tuesday, and then do actual flyering on the day of the show. if anyone needs posters though just give me a shout, i'll be at uni all afternoon.
Yep I will be bringing many flyers on tuesday - the posters already in place should be adequate to publicise our exhibition mid-term, with the flyers adding more impact and reaching people who may actualy visit that day...if that makes sense?
As agreed last weds I'm happy to hand out flyers to randoms on tues if we're still doing that, else we can just leave bunched on shop counters as Jasmine suggested.
